This policy explains how Better Apps Lab LLC ("Better Apps Lab", "we", "us") handles personal data in relation to this website, betterappslab.com.
This website collects nothing
We want to be unusually plain about this, because most privacy policies are not:
- We set no cookies. None. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
- We run no analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking service, and we do not know who visits this site.
- We embed no third-party content. No external fonts, scripts, trackers, advertising networks, or social media widgets. Every asset is served from our own infrastructure.
- We build no profiles and we sell, rent, or share personal data with no one.
What our hosting provider processes
Like any website, ours is delivered by servers that must briefly process your IP address in order to send you a page. Our infrastructure provider handles this as part of delivering and securing the service. We do not use this information to identify or track you, and we do not build any record of your visit from it.
If you email us
When you write to hello@betterappslab.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Mail sent to this address is delivered through our domain registrar's email forwarding service and our email provider, both of which process the message in order to deliver it.
We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Our applications
This policy covers this website. Where one of our applications collects personal data, that application has its own privacy policy describing exactly what it collects and why, presented to you within the app and on its App Store listing.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a portable copy. To exercise any of these, write to hello@betterappslab.com. We will respond within the time limit the applicable law sets — and in practice, sooner.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you are entitled to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone through it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If a change is significant — for example, if we ever begin collecting something — we will say so clearly rather than quietly amending the text.
